How we redesigned the Artsupp aggregator and integrated the new Artsupp Card into a coherent digital ecosystem.

Artsupp It is a web platform that is proposed as touchstone for fans ofart and culture. Born in 2018 from an idea by Riccardo Paparella and Jacopo Magrini, Artsupp is a aggregator of cultural content which offers up-to-date information on Italian and foreign cultural institutions, exhibitions, events and collections.
Artsupp's mission is ambitious: bring together in a single portal the entire cultural offer, facilitating the uncovered And the choice of artistic experiences for users. The ultimate goal is to transform virtual users into real visitors, encouraging the direct enjoyment of cultural heritage.
The project, commissioned to Conflux, had a dual objective: the complete redesign of the Artsupp website and theintegration of a new product, the Artsupp Card.
Not a simple usability improvement, then, but a global redesign of the user experience, both for visitors and for partner cultural institutions.
The specific objectives of the project were:
A particularly delicate aspect was the transversality of navigation on the existing site, which, with a large amount of content and options, required a simplification of routes and aclearer information architecture.

Initially, a workshop with with the stackeholders It allowed Define objectives and requirements. We then conducted a phase of in-depth research, with data assessment of the existing site and expert analysis of usability.
The design (interaction and UI) was developed through wireframe, initial prototypes And a high fidelity prototype, simulating the user experience. Fundamental was the continuous dialogue with Artsupp: each phase has been shared, discussed and validated with data. this iterative approach, combined with sessions of Design Critique Interne to the team, has made it possible to contribute modifications and constant improvements, ensuring a result in line with customer expectations and user needs.

We are convinced that the new portal, with its improved usability and the new Artsupp Card, will help to make art and culture more accessible to everyone, while supporting the work of cultural institutions.

We conduct expert reviews to quickly identify usability issues and improve design effectiveness through expert analysis.
We compare services with those of competitors and comparators, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for growth.
We conduct A/B tests to compare different design versions, optimizing user experience and conversions on websites.
We design visually appealing and intuitive interfaces, which improve the user experience and reinforce the brand's identity.
The collaboration with Artsupp was a stimulating and rewarding experience. The work of our UX Research and Design team has contributed to the creation of an innovative platform, which looks to the future of cultural enjoyment.
Our Approach
We started the project with a strategic workshop together with the stakeholders, to define a shared vision of the card: the benefits for users, the methods of joining museums and possible business models. This initial moment made it possible to align stakeholders on common objectives, laying the foundations for a targeted and sustainable design.
The team work
The design phase was carried out with a team of UX experts, who worked on the creation of an intuitive interface And say a coherent visual identity and recognizable. The work was characterized by a continuous comparison between designers, researchers, stakeholders and technical partners, with the aim of integrating different skills and validating each design choice. this collaborative process has led to the development of a high fidelity prototype, fully navigable, useful for test the user experience and facilitate dialogue with museums involved.
