UX Researcher

As a UX/UI Researcher, you will be an integral part of an increasingly large work team that will support you and encourage you to develop your skills and abilities on an operational and strategic level, to offer a specialized and quality service to our customers. You will need to interface with all the teams involved in the implementation of UX Projects: the other members of the UX/UI Research team, the UX/UI Design team and the Marketing Team.

We are interested in a UX/UI Researcher who works permanently with us, but based on your needs we are open to different contractual solutions. We do not place minimum or maximum limits on your years of experience as a UX/UI Researcher, we evaluate Junior and Senior figures, even at first experience, who are compatible with the required requirements.

Your Responsibilities

You will work on projects of varying size and duration: from a few weeks to a few months
You will have to deal with the methods and tools shared by the work team
You will work in close collaboration with the technical team to take care of the design and development of interfaces, information architecture, interaction models.
You will be dealing with our project management model that will help you to efficiently and productively organize the time at your disposal

Do you have experience or want to become a UX/UI Researcher
Do you know the meaning of the concepts of Personas, Customer Journey, Blueprint
You have a basic understanding of Data Analysis and A/B Testing
Know the basics of Information Architecture
Get to know in broad strokes some of the main concepts related to User Experience and User Interface Research methods, including: Expert Analysis, Wireframe, Focus Group, Interviews, Laboratory Tests, Eye Tracking Test, Benchmark
Do you know and know how to use or are you motivated or motivated to learn the use of the following tools for UX/UI Research: Morae, Gazepoint, Tobii Studio, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Hotjar, IBM Watson, Google Tag Manager, Adobe Dynamic Tag Management, Google Optimize, Optimezly
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English (written and spoken)
You have excellent communication skills
